Yoga Workshops & Talks
For yoga teacher trainings, festivals, and conferences
I offer yoga focused education workshops designed for yoga teacher trainings, festivals, and conferences. With my Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider (YACEP) certification, my classes count towards continued education credits (CEUs) for your participants or students.
My sessions focus on yoga beyond posture. They support teachers and practitioners in understanding practice as something lived, studied, and integrated over time.
Workshops will be interactive and may also be experiential, lecture-based, or a blend of both, depending on the needs of the program.

What I Actually Teach
My work centers on the inner dimensions of yoga.
That includes:
Meditation and contemplative practice
Yoga philosophy as something applicable to modern life
The heart, self-mastery, and liberation as lived experiences
Language, meaning, and how teachers communicate what they teach
I draw from yogic traditions of non-dual philosophy, bhakti, vinyasa, and Jungian psychology to create workshops which are meant to complement the physical practice yoga taking the practice from the mat, off the mat.
How These Workshops Serve You
Whether you are organizing a festival, developing a yoga teacher training, or hosting an education-focused, these workshops are designed to support the larger arc of your program.
In Yoga Teacher Trainings
In teacher trainings, my sessions create space for students to slow down and contextualize their learning with knowledge.
The work supports reflection, integration, and confidence in understanding yoga off the mat. It gives students language and perspective they can carry into both practice and teaching.
In Festivals and Conferences
In festivals and conferences, these offerings give participants a place to land.
A space to listen, reflect, and engage with ideas that continue working after the session ends. They provide contrast and depth within busy schedules and help attendees connect experience with meaning.
In Wellness Events
For wellness-focused events, these workshops offer depth without dogma.
They support participants in slowing down, reflecting, and engaging with practice beyond surface experience. The teaching meets people where they are, whether they come from yoga, meditation, or related disciplines, and offers a grounded way to explore meaning, self-inquiry, and integration.
From his products, teachings, community offerings, and space-holding, Jack puts his heart and soul into his work and it is palpable. Bhakti House has been a special place for connecting, sharing, and growing for me for a couple years now and it continues to fill my cup in many ways. Jack is a grounded, generous, and inspiring leader in so many ways and it is a blessing to be connected to him and all of his creations. Whatever form of support or connection you extend to Asivana, Bhakti House or Jack personally will not only be going to a good place, but will also bring you tenfold🩷

Fit and Flexibility
These workshops work well for:
Yoga Teacher Trainings
Yoga festivals and summits
Conferences and wellness events
Studios hosting continuing education classes
I can teach within an existing theme or support areas that feel underrepresented in your program. Each offering is shaped in collaboration with the host.

Working Together
I value clear communication and realistic expectations.
If you are considering bringing me into your program, I want to understand:
The intention behind your event
Who your students are
What you feel would best serve them
From there, we can determine whether the fit is right and agree on time, compensation, and scope in a way that feels mutually beneficial.
